Founded by Pir Hamza Shah, Esq.

I founded Law Shah, APC with a simple mission: to provide every client with the personal attention, strategic advocacy, and constitutional defense they deserve.

Before opening my practice, I served as a Deputy Public Defender in San Joaquin County on the Misdemeanor Unit, representing individuals charged with a wide range of misdemeanor offenses. That experience provided extensive courtroom advocacy and a deep understanding of California misdemeanor practice.

At Law Shah, APC, clients work directly with their attorney from beginning to end. Every case receives individualized attention, thoughtful preparation, and a defense strategy tailored to the client's unique circumstances.
